You will be purchasing credits towards future skates at the rate of $20 per credit. One credit applies to the booking of one skating event. Credits remain in your account until used to book a skate.

You can unbook from a skating event up to 24 hours prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for credits used to book skates that will be held within 24 hours or less.

Should you have credits in your account and wish to receive a refund for the balance you must contact the administrator at support@perfectskate.com. Refunds will be processed less any transaction fees by the credit card processor. The refunds take a few days to process.
